Well, I am sure you can get fifty gallon containers quite cheaply from a building/contracters suppliers, and Slaughter houses will give pig blood away for virtualy free…..

I understand councils have a duty to relocate graves when a graveyard is de-consecrated. So, before assuming this was wilful Islamic behaviour, perhaps check the digger contractor had the release papers? Gravestones remain the property of the family of the deceased and reasonable attempts (eg by newspaper adverts) to contact descendents must be made before they are disposed of.
