What I was trying to point out is that kind of odd behaviour can breed unusual and unnatural behaviour. Of the few priests I have met the majority of them have been homosexual, which is probably just as well considering their need for celibacy however some are not. I was looking to the future and how to ensure nothing like this happens again I feel allowing marriage would help. This would certainly avoid the next scandal which your solution might trigger; berserk naked priests running amok in brothels totally sozzled on communion wine". In this day and age when having faith is not quite the same anymore, who but a saint could handle that without going off the rails at some point? I know I couldn't nor can they.
