France Telecom were more than happy to increase my band width and were obviously aware of what I was doing since they had to explain to me that I was downloading, me not knowing what Downloading meant at the time. Make what you will of that. I have never received "A Letter", and can't say I would freak if I did. Meanwhile, my friend down the road does it all of the time, and he hasn't had a letter either.
