Anna

Further to my piece on fake gold there is now hubble bubble concerning IMF gold to India being also fake.

I cannot say if this is all a load of tosh but there is enough fact to suggest that at least an amount of gold in depositories is fake.

I also see that Deutche bank had to get a big injection of money from the German Government towards the end of this year to cover their gold position. It seems that a lot of Chinese were physically collecting the gold bonds in metal.

It may be true or a load of cobblers or even a dry run for a new Italian Job filmscript?

Enjoy what is left of the week-end. I a recovering from an Alsatian dinner last night. No, not Pedigree Chum but sauerkraut , smoked hams, sausages and lashings of German beer (French is crap), Riesling and surprise-surprise Alsatian Pinot Noir.

I will not be eating for several days.

Anna

Is there a way of contacting you?

I have the makings of a story but think it would be better constructed by a decent wordsmith, which is wot I am not.

It would require a bit of dogged journalistic research to flesh out my observations; again something that is not my scene

Thanks
