Personifying inflation.
‘The Zimbabwean’ newspaper has discovered that it is cheaper to print its advertising on the country’s banknotes than it is to buy paper for posters.

What a simply super idea! I was wondering where to put all my money when I withdrew it from the bank the other day. I will blue-tack it to the walls. Much safer idea. It will insulate the house and save me countless trips to the ATM.
Coming to us here in Britain anytime thanks to Crash Gordon!
These self-same people think that we the people and the demonstrators are the problem. Some evidence yesterday as to the lengths the ‘authorities’ will go to to maintain their ‘control’ over the population of this country. What! In dear old England? When London was again the scene of struggle.
These self-same people who have bankrupted the country and misuse OUR money for their own corrupt ends. The sickening platitudes of Brown towards Obama and the fake cohesion being used – what’s it all about? Brown’s party says the Guardian this morning. Quite.
I am reminded of the patchwork quilt celebrated in the USA some years ago. The wit and creativity of the people will not let us down. Our leaders deserve all that is coming their way…..
On reflecting my post above, I have to correct that ‘they’ are our ‘leaders’.
We employ these people who take up room in our government. The rest of them are just chancers and rogues.
Blink – are you referring to the Solidarity Quilt? http://tinyurl.com/del7ll.
